Touching Dreams was established in 2023 as a way for members of the hospitality industry to create a measurable impact in the communities where they operate.
Our work focuses on four core pillars:

We are Youth Focused
We support community-based organisations that provide education, early childhood development and safe, nurturing environments for vulnerable children.
Our partners include: Langkloof Orphanage Programme, Juno Aurora Haven and Christel House South Africa.
By investing in education and stability at a young age, we help create the foundation for confident, capable future leaders.
structured learning with workplace experience
We Develop Future Leaders
Through our Think Big Academy, we address youth unemployment by equipping young people from disadvantaged communities with practical hospitality skills and recognised qualifications. The programme combines structured learning with real-world workplace experience.
By creating pathways into sustainable employment, we help young South Africans build meaningful careers, while strengthening the long-term resilience of the hospitality industry.
we help protect vulnerable species
We Protect the Environment
We partner with the Endangered Wildlife Trust, specifically their Birds of Prey programme. By supporting their critical conservation work we help to protect vulnerable species and preserve biodiversity.
Healthy ecosystems are fundamental to sustainable tourism and to the wellbeing of the communities that depend on them.

We Make Dreams Come True
Through our collaboration with Reach For A Dream, we help grant wishes to children living with life-threatening illnesses.
From accommodation and travel to gifts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, we work alongside hospitality teams to create moments of joy and ensure each dream is delivered with care and compassion.
