Touching Dreams was pioneered by Dream Hotels & Resorts. It was established in 2023 as a way for members of the hospitality industry to create positive change in the communities in which they operate.

  • Youth focused: The foundation supports several community-based projects, including Christel House, Langkloof Orphanage Programme, St Martins Diocesan Home for Children and Juno Aurora Haven. These initiatives focus on education, early childhood development, and providing a safe environment for vulnerable children.
  • Protecting the environment: Touching Dreams has partnered nationally with Endangered Wildlife Trust, focusing on their Birds of Prey programme.
  • Reach for A Dream: This prominent South African charity grants wishes to children with life-threatening illnesses. The foundation aims to alleviate the pressures faced by these children and their families by creating memorable experiences and offering emotional support. Touching Dreams provides accommodation, handles all travel logistics for dreamers and their families, and gives each child special gifts and unforgettable experiences, ensuring every moment is a memory.
