The organisation is governed by an independent Board of Directors, including a Chairperson. All Board members serve in a voluntary capacity and receive no remuneration for their roles.

Section 18A certificates
Tax Benefits for Donors
Touching Dreams is approved to issue Section 18A tax certificates. All eligible donations qualify for a certificate in terms of the Income Tax Act, allowing donors to claim a tax deduction in South Africa.
Section 18A certificates are issued upon receipt of qualifying donations and the necessary donor information.
